Visa
If you need a visa to travel to Austria for the conference, please obtain information about what you need for that in advance. Since this information is critical and highly dependent on your situation, please contact the Austrian embassy or consulate for this. More information on which citizens require a visa to travel to Austria can be found here.
Should you need a letter of invitation for the visa application, please contact the general chair with your regular mailing address, birthdate, passport number, and "Eurosys Visa" in the subject line. Please note that letters of invitation will be issued to authors and registered attendees only. Students need to submit a statement from their advisor in order to obtain an invitation letter.
